MM Sakonda & Associates CC was established in 2005 to offer consultancy and management services in the various sectors of the building industry. The firm was originally part of Linchi Development Consortium which was formed in 2001 before transforming to MM Sakonda & Associates CC.

The firm is registered with the “South African Council of Quantity Surveyors” and has offices in Limpopo Province and Mpumalaga Province with Practice Numbers 1269 and 1559 respectively.
